How it was made
Creator released the matching Clearwater source repository. Its README documents a single HTML file with WebGL2 shaders, FFT waves, ripple simulation, caustics and adaptive quality; a pebble texture is embedded as base64 and generated by a Python helper. The earlier one-shot claim says a video reference was supplied.
